Paramahansa Yogananda's legacy finds a voice in the experiences and teachings shared by his direct disciple Roy Eugene Davis.
Roy Eugene Davis (March 9, 1931 – March 27, 2019) was was an American spiritual teacher, and a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, having met him in 1949 and subsequently being ordained by him in 1951. He dedicated his life to teaching both nationally and internationally. His bi-monthly publication, Truth Journal, was a beacon of spiritual wisdom for over 60 years. An accomplished author, Mr. Davis penned numerous books on Kriya Yoga and spiritual living, with several translated into 10 languages and distributed in 11 countries. He was the revered founder and spiritual director of the Center for Spiritual Awareness, with its international headquarters nestled in the scenic low mountains of northeast Georgia.
